About Us

      I started Ray of Sunshine Clothing Co. in September of 2024 when I was 16 years old. 

      Ray of Sunshine Clothing Co. got its name from a special moment many years ago, when a bride-to-be sang "You Are My Sunshine" to her future husband in a mic check. That song became theirs, and this was my parents' story 20 years ago. This brand was created by my parents and I, and it also connects to my middle name, Ray. 

      I wanted to create a clothing brand that focuses on high quality and thoughtful details. each logo is designed and silk screened locally, using ink making it long lasting and able to stand up to regular washing. The clothing pieces feature a variety of Ray of Sunshine logos, along with woven labels, a small sleeve logo, neck size labels, and hang tags that double as stickers. 

     Through this brand, I want others to feel confident, comfortable, and true to themselves. The bright, unique colours are a staple for Ray of Sunshine.
